Although it seems light, this helmet gets the job done with it's price. I've been kicked in the head several times and the only thing that's a problem is my glasses coming off. The ears are well protected and not exposed either.

This headgear is very durable with good construction but I didn't care for the way the optional faceguards attached. Ended up going with another style that had an integrated faceguard.

Macho Rival Foam Headgear Sizing Chart

Measure the circumference of the head at about an inch above the eyebrows to determine your proper headgear size. It's easy! Wrap a string around your head and measure the string.
